Legal: A patient with available compensation for work related injuries sustained on the work site is not eligible for MCAC treatment of those injuries. · If there is a legal case of any kind concerning an illness or injury, or if the patient is in any way anticipating legal action, or if a lawyer has been hired regarding this patient's health in any capacity, the patient is not eligible for MCAC.
