The theme of this year’s conference is From Evidence to Empowerment – Moving Forward.
This theme acknowledges how far we have come in the last five years
and how much further we can go toward our goal of 100% health care access for everyone in the UP.

This conference will help us discover new ways
to make connections in the community to accomplish common goals
through data collection and return on community investment,
while reinforcing the importance of working together by examining best practices,
lessons learned and emerging issues for the next era in access to health care.
